Our glass pool fence was installed maybe 20 years ago using gear they manufactured but with installation by someone else. They’ve gone above and beyond recently to sort out some wear and tear on it, driving out miles and miles, twice, and refusing to invoice us for either. Outstanding service. We’re extremely impressed with the service and product quality provided by Glass Vice, we have a combination of frameless glass and two types of aluminium fencing. Warwick was excellent to deal with, nothing was a problem as we planned and ordered the fencing, and he had great ideas about how to best use their products to achieve the look we were after. For installation Tyson lead the installation team, and did an excellent job, very impressed at how thorough and quick they were with the install. We have some more fencing coming up next year and will use them again for sure.
Glass Vice installed glass panels a few years ago, on a new deck, and it still looks as new. Had an issue recently, which was covered by their warranty. Problem resolved promptly, with outstanding customer service from the team. Nice people to deal with.
